Northfield House

Fonthill is a modern 3 bedroom, three storey family house on Jubilee Path in the popular sailing village of Kippford, South West Scotland. The house overlooks the Urr Estuary, which joins the Solway Firth, and is a short stroll from the water's edge. All the principal living rooms and the bedrooms have huge picture windows giving stunning views across the estuary. The estuary is very tidal so the scene is constantly changing and a huge range of birds can be viewed, as well as red squirrels and otters, from the comfort of the house.
