The PianoMan
Music Lessons in Leeds, West Yorkshire
For most beginners, buying a piano can be a little bit daunting. After all, it's not something you have ever done before. Through the years, clients have told me that, in many piano shops, they have been made to feel quite uncomfortable when they have tried to ask questions and they have become frightened of sounding stupid. Sellers sometimes like to parade their experience in front of potential clients, and by wrongly assuming that everyone who comes through the door has a nice basic understanding of pianos, they end up blinding their clients with science.

Thank you
Called into the shop on Friday. Oliver was patient and knowledgeable. No rush no pressure just a calm and enjoyable. He understood our needs and budget. He gave us the space and time to make our own decision but was there when we needs help.We ended up buying a Kawai CA-78 digital piano.
We were advised it might take two weeks to arrive but in fact it arrived the following Wednesday even with a bank holiday in the middle !
We did pay extra for the direct delivery and set up service but so glad we did. Butler Smith were excellent. Clear communication, very personable guys who delivered and set up the piano and took away all the packaging
Really, really, happy with the whole experience. Now of to practice.
